Spreading the Stage Magic in primary and secondary schools and colleges





Working with children is in absolute the most beautiful profession in the world, but it's also very demanding and - at times - exhausting.
In addition to a wide range of clubs for children and teens, D&A offers active and stimulating classes for adults, specifically addressed to the School Staff, Parents and Grandparents.
Taught by highly qualified industry professionals, our short adult courses are usually on a term basis and are an excellent opportunity to improve overall strength, posture and flexibility at any age, or simply to unwind and shake off some stress accumulated after a long week.
We always aim to make these sessions demanding but extremely rewarding, combining strength and elegance. These classes are a great option for those who are new to dance, yoga or fitness in general and want to give it a go in their own friendly and familiar space.
You can expect to develop a fundamental understanding of your own body, to feel healthier and more energetic week by week.
ADULT CLASSES
for SCHOOL STAFF and FAMILIES
No prior experience is necessary as our talented coaches can adapt any skill to meet any ability.
Our Adult Classes can be booked for any time of the day that best suits the school needs:
- breakfast time: our Yoga classes are the best muscular awakening you could give your body and mind in the early morning, it will make you feel fully energised all day long.
- lunch-time: why not take the opportunity of the break to jump on your mat for a half hour of mental peace before going back to the hectic classroom world?
- after school time: it's finally time to go home, but first enjoy an energetic Yogalates, Vinyasa or any of our Dance class to refuel your energy level and go back home feeling refreshed.
Or even better, try our Restorative Yoga (ideal on a Friday evening) to leave the whole past week behind you and enjoy your weekend worry-free.

What to wear
Comfortable, that's the only rule. The rest is up to you, in a Yoga/Pilates class you may want to opt for barefoot or socks, while for a dance class wearing shoes would be a better idea. Clothing should be loose and never tight so that you can move easily. Denim is definitely an option to avoid.
