Drama is that safe place where even the shyest of children get to gently break the ice, building up, already in the first weeks, their self-esteem and gradually being able to take an active and full part in the sessions. Week by week children are encouraged to listen to each other's thoughts and ideas, developing their imagination and trust in each other.

Each week the children will explore a range of different themes to work on and will be introduced to a variety of real and imaginary situations, deepening their sense of the world around.

D&A offers active and stimulating drama sessions for children and teenagers aged 4 to 18, in colleges, infant, primary and secondary schools. Plus private classes at your own place, ideal if your child is preparing for an audition or a show.

Musical theatre is a discipline that combines songs, spoken dialogue, acting and dance. The story and the emotional content of a musical are communicated through words, music and

movement as an integrated whole.

Needless to say that drama, theatre and the performing arts improves verbal and nonverbal communication, forcing children to think outside the box. But it's also worth to mention that the understanding and the interpretation of character and roles encourage pupils to relate better to different situations, backgrounds, and cultures, a skill which applies to school, career, everyday life.
