Baby Yoga Club

D&A offers active and stimulating Yoga sessions for children and teenagers aged 4 to 18, in colleges, infant, primary and secondary schools. 

Highly qualified and experienced teachers will go directly to your school from their Yoga centres. Through storytelling and nice music, our instructors will introduce the children to the path of self-discovering, promoting the development of self-confidence and self-esteem to those very young people who will lead our tomorrow.

From afterschool clubs, lunchtime clubsbreakfast clubs, let alone sessions during curriculum hours and full day workshops we really are what you are looking for!

The benefits of Yoga at a very young age!

The practice of Yoga can begin already at the very young age of 5 (or even earlier if practised along with parents).

Among the countless benefits, one in particular is that children and young people learn self-awareness through Yoga: by guiding their movements in various poses, children learn more about their body and what they are capable of. They learn more about how strong their minds are and how they themselves can influence circumstances through their reaction to any situation.

This awareness of the body, mind and spirit and what can be achieved when all three work together helps children become more confident, kind and responsible adults.

...what if I want to experience the same benefits on myself, as a grown-up? Are these classes available 

only for children?

Not at all.
