PARENTS' CORNER
Here at Dance&Arts we take the happiness of all children attending our clubs as our top priority.
We offer your child the opportunity to experience only fun and inclusive classes in the disciplines they choose and love the most. What would be the world without art? Arts are not necessarily meant to become one's profession, exploring our artistic side is simply much more than that. Especially at a young age, we don't practise artistic disciplines in order to become one day a professional at that, but we do practise them to express our inner self, to develop social and verbal skills, to improve our self-confidence in a fun and socialising context and to embody that precious believe that when you instil a drop of passion in anything you do, then you'll succeed. And all the other benefits - mental and physical - brought about by that, are simply a natural result, a treasure that will accompany us throughout our lifetime.
Our philosophy.
Artistic activities and dance in particular have been shown to help alleviate aggression, hyperactivity or simply children's attachment to tablets, computers and video games, the great double-edged sword of our day. They also cooperate towards general well-being and safety, promote relaxation and harmony between mind, body and spirit in line with Juvenal's "Mens sana in corpore sano".
Our teachers are all Enhanced DBS checked and with extensive experience in teaching young children and teenagers. Each and every instructor is carefully selected through an accurate process, to ensure maximum professionalism, reliability and behavioural management of groups of children.
Once the sessions are booked, the family will receive all relevant information in regards to the instructor, included working history, copy of DBS, photographic proof of ID, qualifications and certifications.
OUR TEACHER AT YOUR HOME
Whether your child is approaching a big competition and wants to train privately to be sure to be ready and rock the event or you simply would love to see your child/children more active during their day, we can help out!
An always increasing number of students take private lessons regularly or on an ad hoc basis, and so we now offer outstanding sessions at home, both private or group classes, addressed to siblings or perhaps relatives/buddies.
All our classes can be tailored to suit requirements.
How it works: we'll only need a room in your home, even your living room will be fine provided that some space can be created - usually simply moving some table/chairs around will do - . If your children have their own mat is an advantage, however no fear if not: just let us know and our teachers will provide it for them!
Our instructors will also bring their own speakers, so you won't need to provide any music system.
Once our instructor is in front of your door, you'll first receive an email/text by Dance&Arts, an only once you confirm receipt of it our instructor will ring your door bell. Our instructor will always have his/her own documents with them and will show them to you before entering home as long as with a document with our logo and signed by Dance&Arts.
This procedure is to ensure the utmost security to all our families when booking our classes.

FEES
All payments are safe and secure with us. Payments are based on how many children attend the home session (if private or group sessions), how many sessions per week/month and duration of each session. Get in touch today to receive detailed information on fees.
Cancellations are fully refundable provided 24 hours notice has been given.

Please Note: If your children attend our clubs at their school, please be aware that we are dealing any payment matters with the school, so if you have any questions please do contact your school office.
